This award recognizes businesses providing excellence in customer service. As a Finalist Lakeshore Finance achieved the following objectives::

• Surveyed whole client database to obtain businesses position in the community.
• Surveyed client database to obtain information about the awareness of the products and services the business offered.
• Produced a quarterly Newsletter called "Finance Matters", detailing topics like Housing affordability, Economics and Investing while combining sociological articles on Personal & Professional Development.
• Analysed survey data and implemented solutions to remedy weaknesses in Customer Service.
